We are seeking a motivated General Dentist to join our busy, well-established dental practice in Peoria, IL. This is a rare opportunity to be the sole dentist in the office, supported by an experienced mentor and a highly trained team—giving you both autonomy and growth.

Industry-Leading Compensation

• Guaranteed minimum: $1,100/day OR 33% of production (whichever is higher)
• Annual earning potential up to $500,000
• Sign-on bonus up to $40,000
• 10% profit sharing

Mentorship + Skill Expansion

• Mentor on-site 1–2 days per week
