Roles and Responsibilities:
- Independently perform Root Canal Treatments (RCTs) with precision
- Proficient in Crown Preparation, Post and Core build-ups
- Execute basic restorative and preventive procedures with confidence
- Conduct thorough diagnosis and treatment planning for dental cases
- Manage and maintain detailed clinical records
- Ensure smooth patient experience through excellent communication and chair-side manners
- Participate in case discussions and maintain high clinical standards
- Contribute to a positive and ethical clinic culture
Requirements:
- BDS qualification with valid registration
- 2 to 4 years of clinical experience in general dentistry
- Strong clinical skills in RCTs, crowns, and prosthetic procedures
- Good understanding of dental anatomy and materials
- Confident in diagnosis and treatment planning
- Excellent communication and patient-handling skills
- Willingness to learn, grow, and collaborate with senior clinicians
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
