Your day to day will consist of...

Serving as the Associate Director of Infrastructure Design, your role will offer exceptional variety and influence. You will supervise the Infrastructure Design team within the Technology Infrastructure department, ensuring seamless integration of innovative technologies and processes. Your expertise will steer the design, implementation, and oversight of critical infrastructure components, supporting Optus IT's ambitious goals.

Key responsibilities include:
Lead and manage the Infrastructure Design team within the Technology Infrastructure department.

Coordinate the selection and management of technology partners to ensure alignment with strategic goals.

Develop and put into action a fresh operating model that backs multi-cloud and data centre environments.

Work together with diverse teams to guarantee smooth incorporation of new technologies and processes.

Develop and implement design principles and patterns to improve operational efficiency and effectiveness.

Monitor and report on the progress of platform transformation initiatives, ensuring they meet the desired outcomes.

Foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation within the team.

Ensure compliance with industry standards and established guidelines.
