Position Overview of the AT&T Wireless Sales Associate Role
The AT&T Wireless Sales Associate position at Romansphere is an in-person sales role focused on facilitating accurate and efficient wireless service enrollment for customers. Representatives in this role serve as the primary point of contact during the enrollment process, assisting customers with wireless plan selection, verifying eligibility, collecting required documentation, and ensuring all steps are completed according to company and client protocols.
This position requires a consistent focus on accuracy, attention to detail, and the ability to maintain a high level of professionalism during all customer interactions. The AT&T Wireless Sales Associate is expected to contribute to overall sales performance goals and is measured on both individual and team success metrics. A strong emphasis is placed on product knowledge, clear communication, and maintaining a positive experience for each customer to support ongoing customer satisfaction.
As an AT&T Wireless Sales Associate duties include:
- Conduct in-person interactions with customers to assist with wireless service enrollment.
- Follow quality control procedures and company standards throughout the sales and enrollment process.
- AT&T Wireless Sales Associate must meet or exceed assigned sales and productivity goals on a consistent basis.
- Review and explain wireless plan options, features, and eligibility requirements based on individual needs.
- AT&T Wireless Sales Associate must answer customer questions related to wireless plans, billing, activation timelines, and device compatibility.
- Attend regular training sessions to stay informed on wireless service updates and compliance requirements.
Qualifications to Become an AT&T Wireless Sales Associate:
- High school diploma or equivalent is preferred
- Previous experience in sales, customer service, or wireless retail is preferred.
- Basic technology proficiency, including familiarity with tablets, smartphones, and enrollment systems.
- Ability to manage time effectively and work independently within performance expectations.
- Professional appearance and conduct during all customer interactions.
- Willingness to work on-site and engage with customers directly in a fast-paced setting.

AT&T Wireless Sales Associate Overview:
This position is a full time employment position.* This position is Monday-Saturday with an average of 40 hours per week working in a in-person *role with customers.
- Pay: 100% commission - $100-$300 per scale. On average a minimum of 1 order is completed per day per employee.
- Clients & Products: We work with AT&T promoting and signing up new customers for their wireless and internet services
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $860.00 - $1,250.00 per week
Work Location: On the road
