About the Role

We are a premier renovation firm looking for a skilled Working Foreman to lead our Attic Conversion teams across County Wicklow (Sites primarily in North/Central Wicklow). This is a hands-on leadership role for a master carpenter who takes pride in structural integrity and high-end finishing.

You will be the "boots on the ground" leader, managing 2–3 crew members while actively participating in the build. If you are a top-tier carpenter ready to step into a management role without leaving the tools behind, we want to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities

Manage the full lifecycle of attic conversions, from structural steel/joist installation to 2nd-fix finishing.

Supervise a small team of carpenters and apprentices, ensuring work is completed on schedule and to a high standard.

Coordinate with plumbers, electricians, and plasterers to keep the project moving smoothly.

Ensure all sites comply with Health & Safety regulations and Irish Building Regulations.

Read blueprints and resolve on-site structural challenges quickly and efficiently.

Requirements

Fully qualified Carpenter.

Specialized Experience: Minimum 2+ years specifically in Attic Conversions or high-end residential remodelling.

Experience leading a team or running your own small projects.

Based in or near County Wicklow with a full clean Irish Driving License would be beneficial but not essential.

Essentials: Valid Safe Pass and Manual Handling certificates.
