Xeinadin was established in 2019 when more than 100 successful, independent, business advisory and accountancy practices across the UK and Ireland came together to re-imagine the future of accountancy. Xeinadin Tax Advisory is a team of specialist tax advisors for our Irish clients and complements the work of our existing tax teams on specialist matters, ensuring excellence in tax planning and advice. Our work is diverse, interesting and provides significant added value.
We are currently recruiting for an ambitious Audit Manger to join a fast paced, high achieving team within our Central Audit Function. This role will give you the opportunity to take ownership of a portfolio of clients across a broad range of industries, with a focus on successfully delivering audit and accounting engagements within agreed timelines.
As Manager, you will be central to the planning and delivery of audits engagements, and driving the continued growth of the business.
Your role
- Lead and manage the audit team
- Plan and execute audit engagement within agreed timelines
- Communicate clearly and effectively with clients and team members
- Supervising and coaching other team members
- Managing and motivating the team to ensure high performance
The ideal candidate
- ACA, ACCA, CPA qualified or equivalent
- 3-4 years experience working in practice
- Strong technical knowledge of accounting standards (IFRS, UK GAAP etc)
- Excellent analytical and problem solving skills
- Experience in leading and managing audit teams in an Irish accountancy setting
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
