Responsibilities:

• Conduct Regular Audits: For our companies and our clients, Perform regular internal audits to ensure compliance with the local laws and financial regulations. This includes reviewing financial statements, accounting records, and operational data.
• Risk Assessment: For our companies and our clients, Evaluate financial and operational risks and implement measures to mitigate identified risks.
• Compliance Checks: For our companies and our clients, Ensure that financial practices are in compliance with relevant laws and standards in India, including the Companies Act.
• Report Preparation: For our companies and our clients, Prepare detailed audit reports that reflect audit findings and document the process and outcomes. Communicate findings to management through clear and comprehensive presentations.
• Recommendations for Improvement: For our companies and our clients, Provide actionable recommendations to improve internal controls and governance processes.
• Liaison with External Auditors: For our companies and our clients, Assist in coordinating audit activities with external auditors and regulatory audit requirements.
