Salary Range: $25.00 - $30.00 per hour

Hourly Base Salary Based on Experience

• ASE Certification is strongly preferred.
• Prior experience in automotive body repair or related field.
• Proficient in using all types of automotive repair equipment and tools.
• Meticulous attention to ensure quality workmanship.
• Strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with team members and customers.
• Ability to perform tasks that require physical strength and stamina.
• Excellent diagnostic and problem-solving skills to tackle challenging repairs.

• Thoroughly examine vehicles to identify damage and necessary repairs.
• Perform high-quality body and frame repairs on damaged vehicles, restoring them to their original condition.
• Utilize a variety of tools and equipment to complete work efficiently and effectively.
• Conduct inspections to ensure repairs are completed to an exceptional standard, adhering to all safety and manufacturer guidelines.
• Accurately maintain records of repairs and parts used through the repair process.
• Work cohesively with other technicians, estimators, and team members to ensure seamless operations and customer satisfaction.
