We are seeking a skilled Auto Body Technician to join our dynamic team. Responsibilities

• Repair and replace damaged vehicle panels, frames, and other body components using hand tools, power tools, and heavy lifting techniques
• Assess vehicle damage accurately and determine the necessary repairs
• Perform dent removal, sanding, grinding, and painting preparation tasks
• Use dealership manuals and repair guides to ensure proper procedures are followed
• Collaborate with team members to complete repairs efficiently and meet deadlines
• Maintain a clean and organized work area to promote safety and productivity
• Follow all safety protocols related to automotive repair and heavy lifting

Experience

• Prior experience is highly preferred
• Strong mechanical knowledge of automotive systems and repairs
• Proficiency with hand tools, power tools, and automotive repair equipment
• Experience with automotive bodywork, dent removal, and painting is a plus
• Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and effectively during repairs
• Previous mechanic or automotive repair experience is desirable
• Familiarity with automotive repair manuals and diagnostic tools is beneficial

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $25.00-$35.00 per hour

• Hamilton, ON L8E 4Y5: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

Experience:

• Auto Body Technician : 3 years (required)

Willingness to travel:

• 25% (preferred)
