Job Overview
Montgomery Automotive Group is a leading retailer of cars and trucks in Kentuckiana and a leading supplier of automotive services, parts, and fleet sales in the region. Our Kia Store East is currently hiring an automotive parts porter. The ideal candidate for this position is someone who is able to handle packages up to 25 pounds, be on their feet for the majority of the day, and walk up and down stairs.

Responsibilities

• Take parts from our main Kia building to our other buildings and distribute them to technicians.
• Help maintain a clean and organized parts department.
• Organize parts on shelves under direction of manager.
• Assist delivery driver and deliver parts when delivery driver is out.
• Other job duties as assigned by manager.

Skills

• No current parts experience needed.
• Able to lift packages and parts between 15 and 25 pounds.
• Able to walk and be on feet for the majority of the day.
• Able to walk up and down stairs.
• Must have a valid drivers license.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $18.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
