Key Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers in a professional and friendly manner
• Understand customer needs and recommend suitable vehicles
• Present vehicle features, benefits, and pricing clearly and confidently
• Conduct test drives and demonstrate vehicle performance
• Guide customers through the entire sales process from initial inquiry to delivery
• Follow up with leads (phone, email, social media) to generate sales opportunities
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients
• Work closely with management and finance team to finalize deals
• Maintain knowledge of current inventory and market trends

Qualifications

• Previous automotive sales or customer service experience is required
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Positive attitude, energetic, and goal-oriented
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Knowledge of vehicles is required
• Valid driver’s license (required)
• OMVIC certification (or willingness to obtain) is required
