Position Overview: We are currently seeking full-time Sales Professionals with experience in the automotive industry. If you are passionate, upbeat, self-motivated, and looking for a positive change, we want to hear from you. We offer a competitive pay plan, gross and volume bonuses, and a company vehicle after a 3-month probation period. Our working hours are employee-friendly, with early closures on Fridays and Saturdays plus we are closed on Sundays.

Responsibilities:

• Provide exceptional customer service to our clients.
• Negotiate and close sales effectively.
• Work collaboratively within a team environment.
• Maintain good communication and listening skills.
• Conduct thorough customer follow-ups using computer and phone skills.

Requirements:

• Experience/background in automotive sales.
• Valid OMVIC license (Mandatory).
• Valid driver’s license.
• Money motivated with exceptional customer service skills.
• Self-motivated with a desire to succeed.
• Good negotiating and closing skills.
• Good computer and phone skills.

Compensation:

• On Track Earnings of $80,000 +
• Bonus pay
• Commission pay

Work Schedule:

• Full-time position
• 8-hour shifts
• Fridays and Saturdays open till 5pm
• Closed on Sundays
