Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and energetic Automotive Salesperson to join our vibrant dealership team. In this role, you will be the face of our brand, guiding customers through their vehicle purchasing journey with enthusiasm and professionalism. Your expertise in sales, customer service, and automotive knowledge will drive revenue growth and foster long-term relationships. Responsibilities
- Engage with prospective customers through outbound sales efforts, including cold calling and outreach to generate new leads and expand the sales pipeline.
- Conduct high-end sales consultations, showcasing vehicle features, benefits, and financing options to close deals effectively.
- Negotiate prices, trade-in values, and financing terms to ensure mutually beneficial agreements while maintaining dealership profitability.
- Manage inventory control and assist with inventory management to ensure optimal vehicle availability and presentation.
- Utilize CRM (Customer Relationship Management) software to track customer interactions, follow up on leads, and maintain organized sales records.
- Upsell additional products and services such as extended warranties, service packages, and accessories to enhance customer satisfaction and dealership revenue.
- Develop strong relationships with B2B clients (business-to-business) for fleet sales or corporate accounts, leveraging public speaking skills for presentations when needed.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries via phone or in person with professional phone etiquette and clear communication skills.
- Support marketing initiatives by participating in promotional events and community outreach to boost dealership visibility.
Skills
- Proven experience in automotive sales or dealership environments with a solid understanding of automobile features and specifications.
- Strong negotiation skills combined with the ability to close high-value deals confidently.
- Excellent organizational skills for managing a busy sales pipeline and multiple client interactions simultaneously.
- Multilingual or bilingual abilities are highly desirable to serve diverse customer bases effectively.
- Outbound sales experience including cold calling, B2B sales, retail sales, and upselling techniques.
- Proficiency in CRM software systems for tracking leads, follow-ups, and customer data management.
- Exceptional communication skills—public speaking capabilities are a plus—to present vehicles persuasively.
- Knowledge of inventory management, retail math, and automotive industry standards is preferred.
- Strong customer service orientation with outstanding phone etiquette and interpersonal skills.

Pay: $49,775.00 - $109,851.00 per year
