B2B Sales & Client Acquisition
- Identify and reach out to prospective businesses (cold outreach, referrals, networking) to generate new sales leads. Xobin+2Adaface+2
- Understand potential clients’ business needs and challenges; present tailored solutions / services that meet their requirements. Talentlyft+1
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, decision-makers, and stakeholders — establishing long-term business partnerships. Xobin+1
- Negotiate contract terms, pricing, and agreements; close deals and help meet or exceed sales targets. Xobin+1
- Track and manage leads, sales pipelines, forecasts, and client data — using CRM or other tools as required. Xobin+1
- Operations & Business Support
- Oversee day-to-day operational tasks to ensure smooth service delivery and client satisfaction. This may include coordinating with internal teams (e.g. logistics, delivery, support), managing order processing, monitoring status, and ensuring timely follow-ups.
- Help build or refine internal processes and workflows to streamline operations — ensuring efficiency as sales volume grows. (i.e. act as an operations-oriented resource to support business scale-up) WorkScreen+1
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions, orders, feedback; assist in the resolution of client issues or operational bottlenecks.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹10,124.33 - ₹35,386.93 per month
