Job Profile: B2B Sales Executive – IT Services
Location: Mohali, Phase 8A
Shift: Night Shift (US Hours)
Job Type: Full-time | Onsite
Experience: 1–4 Years
Skylane Solutions is looking for a dynamic and result-oriented B2B Sales Executive to join our IT services sales team. The ideal candidate should have experience in international sales, lead generation, and client communication.
Key Responsibilities:
- Generate new business opportunities through cold calling, LinkedIn, and email outreach
- Identify and connect with decision-makers in international markets
- Pitch IT services to potential clients and understand their requirements
- Schedule meetings and demos for the sales team
- Build and maintain strong client relationships
- Maintain CRM records and sales pipeline
- Achieve monthly sales and meeting targets
Required Skills:
- 1–4 years of experience in B2B sales / IT sales
- Experience in international sales process preferred
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Hands-on experience in cold calling and lead generation
- Familiarity with LinkedIn Sales Navigator and outreach tools
- Target-driven and self-motivated attitude
- Comfortable working in US night shifts
