Job Profile: B2B Sales Executive – IT Services

Location: Mohali, Phase 8A
Shift: Night Shift (US Hours)
Job Type: Full-time | Onsite
Experience: 1–4 Years

Skylane Solutions is looking for a dynamic and result-oriented B2B Sales Executive to join our IT services sales team. The ideal candidate should have experience in international sales, lead generation, and client communication.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Generate new business opportunities through cold calling, LinkedIn, and email outreach
  • Identify and connect with decision-makers in international markets
  • Pitch IT services to potential clients and understand their requirements
  • Schedule meetings and demos for the sales team
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships
  • Maintain CRM records and sales pipeline
  • Achieve monthly sales and meeting targets

Required Skills:

  • 1–4 years of experience in B2B sales / IT sales
  • Experience in international sales process preferred
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Hands-on experience in cold calling and lead generation
  • Familiarity with LinkedIn Sales Navigator and outreach tools
  • Target-driven and self-motivated attitude
  • Comfortable working in US night shifts
