Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Field Sales Representative to grow our client base and promote our professional commercial cleaning services. The ideal candidate will generate leads, conduct site visits, prepare proposals, and close contracts with businesses such as offices, medical facilities, retail stores, warehouses, and other commercial properties.

This role requires strong communication skills, relationship-building abilities, and the drive to meet and exceed sales targets.

Key Responsibilities1. Lead Generation & Prospecting

  • Identify and research potential clients in assigned territories.
  • Conduct cold calls, door-to-door visits, networking, and follow-ups.
  • Develop and maintain a strong sales pipeline.
  • Attend industry events and networking meetings to generate new leads.

2. Client Meetings & Site Assessments

  • Schedule and conduct on-site visits with prospective clients.
  • Evaluate cleaning needs, building size, frequency requirements, and special requests.
  • Collaborate with operations team to develop accurate service plans.

3. Proposal Development & Closing Sales

  • Prepare customized service proposals and pricing quotes.
  • Present proposals professionally and clearly explain service benefits.
  • Negotiate terms and close contracts.
  • Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.

4. Relationship Management

  • Maintain ongoing relationships with new and existing clients.
  • Conduct periodic check-ins to ensure satisfaction.
  • Identify opportunities for upselling additional services

Compensation

  • Base Salary: Up to 42,000 per year (based on experience)
  • Uncapped Commission
  • Performance bonuses

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to €42,000.00 per year
