About Us
Sarbabharatiya Sangeet O Sanskriti Parishad is one of India’s most renowned cultural examination boards, dedicated to preserving and promoting Indian art, music, dance, and culture. We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Bengali Speaking Office Executive to join our team and support our administrative and cultural operations.
Eligibility Criteria
- Gender: Open to both male and female candidates
- Age: 20 – 35 years
- Qualification: Graduate in any discipline
- Preferred: Candidates with a background or experience in art, music, dance, or other cultural fields will be given added preference
Key Responsibilities
- Handle phone calls and respond to inquiries efficiently
- Send official documents via WhatsApp and email
- Coordinate communication between departments and ensure smooth workflow
- Assist in organizing cultural events and maintaining related documentation
Required Skills
- Proficiency in Bengali language (reading, writing, and speaking)
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, Excel, Email, WhatsApp, Printing etc.)
- Strong sense of responsibility and organizational ability
