Job Summary:

We are looking for a diligent and detail-oriented Data Entry Specialist to join our team. As a vital part of our operations, you’ll be responsible for collecting, managing, and cleaning data from a variety of sources.

You will play a critical role in ensuring the integrity and reliability of our data, which is essential for our reporting and analysis. Responsibilities:

1. Data Collection & Management:

• Gather and compile raw data from various sources, including databases, reports, and external vendors.
• Maintain organized and structured records, ensuring data storage integrity.
• Consistently ensure accuracy and consistency in data entry and reporting processes.

2. Data Cleaning & Accuracy:

• Identify and rectify inconsistencies, missing values, or discrepancies in datasets.
• Standardize and validate data to ensure accurate reporting and analysis.
• Cross-reference data with existing records and external sources for reliability.

3. Maintain and Improve Processes:

• Keep thorough documentation of all data sources, processes, and any encountered issues.
• Prepare training materials to streamline the process and assist in onboarding new team members.
• Work towards automating repetitive data tasks to enhance operational efficiency.

4. Additional Tasks as Assigned:

• Take on a variety of tasks, which may include research, learning new tools or techniques, assisting with internal communications, or supporting ad hoc projects across different departments.
• Be adaptable to tasks that may extend beyond data analysis, contributing to the broader business strategy and team collaboration.

Requirements:

• Graduate.
• 6 months to 1 year of experience in a data entry or related position.
• Fast and accurate typing skills.
• Excellent attention to detail.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and/or Google Sheets.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Effective verbal and written communication.

Shift Timing:

• 7:30 PM to 4:30 AM IST

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
