Infinity Bakery opened the first organic sourdough bakery in Darlinghurst, Sydney in 1997. We use local produce and sustainable practices to craft authentic sourdough and pastries.

Since then, we’ve grown to become one of Sydney’s top wholesale bakeries, proudly serving over 300 cafés and restaurants. Our passion for baking and unwavering commitment to our customers are reflected in every aspect of our operations, including our stores in Broadway, Lindfield, Randwick, and Redfern.

About the role

We are seeking an experienced, full-time Baker, to join our team in across our Harris Farm bakeries in Lindfield, Randwick, Broadway & Redfern

This full-time 38hr position will be on a rotating 7-day roster (5 days on, 2 days off) full availability is required including weekends.

Hours and shifts have staggered start times, generally start from 6am through to 3pm

Qualified/Experienced Baker

The ideal candidate with possess the following,

• Experience in all aspects of sourdough bread making including Mixing, shaping/moulding and Ovens
• Attention to Detail.
• Trade qualification in Baking will be highly regarded
• At least 5 years' experience in the industry as a baker, preferably in a commercial bakery
• Ability to work in a well-established team with efficiency and consistency.
• Good Communication Skills
• Maintaining Cleanliness & Safety Work environment.

Skills and experience

• Trade qualified preferred
• minimum of 5 years experience
• enthusiastic and hardworking
• Availability 7 days a week, weekend work will be required
• previous experience in Sourdough Bread

Candidate must have full working rights in Australia with no limitation on hours as this is a FULL-TIME position of 38 plus hours per week.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $65,000.00 – $77,500.00 per year
