At Etalia Foods, we produce organic, fresh dough artisan pizza using simple, clean ingredients. Our products are sold in Whole Foods, Natural Grocers, and specialty retailers, and we are growing quickly.

We are looking for a hands-on Production Supervisor to lead our team on the floor—actively participating in production while ensuring operations run smoothly and quality standards are met.

As a small, growing company, this role offers the opportunity to take on real responsibility, improve processes, and grow into higher-level leadership over time.

Responsibilities

Production

• Lead and participate in daily production of artisan pizza dough
• Prepare ingredients and oversee mixing, fermentation, and handling
• Package finished products for shipping
• Monitor product quality and consistency
• Improve production processes

Team Leadership

• Train and support team members
• Assign daily tasks and manage workflow
• Hold team accountable for performance and attendance
• Manage and approve timesheets

Operations & Quality

• Prepare daily production sheets
• Track production timing and output
• Maintain a clean, organized workspace
• Enforce food safety and sanitation standards (GMP/HACCP)
• Complete production and cleaning checklists

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of food production experience (bakery or dough a plus)
• Leadership or team lead experience preferred
• Knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards
• Organized, detail-oriented, and reliable
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Comfortable in a fast-paced environment

Physical Requirements

• Ability to stand for extended periods
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
• Ability to bend, squat, and perform repetitive tasks

Schedule

Monday – Thursday
7:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Pay: $20.00 - $22.00 per hour
