Job Description:
Pinho’s Bakery is seeking a reliable and hardworking Baker’s Assistant to join our team. This position supports our bakers in preparing products, and assisting with daily production needs. Bread or Pastry skills/experience desired.

Shift:
Night shift – 10:00 PM to 6:00 AM (flexible)
Tuesday through Sunday (flexibility preferred)

Responsibilities:

• Assist bakers with preparation and production
• Measure and prepare ingredients
• Operate basic bakery equipment (training provided)
• Clean and maintain workstations
• Follow food safety and sanitation standards

Qualifications:

• Dependable and punctual
• Ability to work overnight hours
• Able to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs
• Team-oriented with a strong work ethic
• Bakery or kitchen experience is a plus, but not required

Compensation:
Competitive pay based on experience.
