As a Bar Staff member at the black horse hotel, you will play a key role in creating a welcoming and enjoyable experience for our customers. You will be responsible for serving drinks, assisting guests, maintaining cleanliness, and ensuring excellent customer service in a fast-paced pub environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and serve customers in a friendly and professional manner.
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to the pub's menu and standard recipes.
- Handle cash and card transactions accurately and efficiently.
- Monitor the bar area to ensure it is clean, organized, and well-stocked.
- Assist with the cleaning and maintenance of bar equipment and utensils.
- Maintain a clean and safe working environment, adhering to health and safety standards.
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints, escalating to the Duty Manager when necessary.
- Assist with inventory control, including stock rotation and replenishment.
- Ensure compliance with licensing laws and regulations.
- Work efficiently as part of a team to ensure smooth pub operations.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $25.00 – $30.00 per hour
