You’ll be an essential part of our front-of-house team, reporting directly to the Food & Beverage Manager and helping to deliver top-tier service every shift

The luxury accommodation at the Diamond Coast Hotel comprises of 99 well appointed, spacious and tastefully decorated guest rooms. Many guest rooms enjoy views over Enniscrone Golf Course and the stunning dunes.

The Coral Restaurant at the Diamond Coast Hotel offers a warm welcome, excellent cuisine, great wines, relaxing surroundings and friendly hotel staff to attend to your every need. Additional facilities include a crystal adorned banqueting suite perfect for your wedding day, seating up to 400 guests, meeting rooms and Stir Bistro.

About The Role

Key Responsibilities

• Serve guests in a prompt & courteous manner.
• To ensure work areas are set up and stocked according to the business requirements.
• To be fully aware of any menu updates
• Ensure all bar duties are carried out as per standard operating procedures.
• To ensure all cleaning schedules are adhered to on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis.
• To provide support in other areas of the business if required to do so.
• Ensure all stock is stored in a safe manner.
• Lead from the front

Who You Are

• Ability to provide warm, friendly, and efficient service
• Must be standards driven and detail orientated
• Excellent communication skills
• Maintain exceptional levels of customer service and evaluate customer service levels with a focus on continuous improvement.
• Attention to detail
• Be able to work under pressure whilst also delivering excellent service
• Confident working on your own initiative and part of a successful team
• Assist and develop colleagues to perform to their optimum
• Must be available to work both weekdays & weekends
