Brio Brunch – Tralee
Brio Brunch is a busy, modern brunch café focused on great coffee, quality food, and warm, friendly service. We’re looking for a Barista & All-Rounder to join our team — someone who enjoys hospitality, works well in a fast-paced environment, and takes pride in looking after customers.
The Role
This is a front-of-house focused role with a mix of:
- Making high-quality coffee and drinks
- Serving customers and taking orders
- Running food to tables and clearing tables
- Assisting with basic food prep and plating
- Keeping the café clean, organised, and well presented
- Helping with opening and closing duties
- Supporting the team wherever needed during busy periods
What We’re Looking For
- Experience as a barista is a big plus (but training can be provided for the right person)
- Friendly, positive, and confident dealing with customers
- Good work ethic and ability to stay calm under pressure
- Reliable, punctual, and well presented
- Able to work as part of a team and use initiative
- Flexible to work weekdays and/or weekends

Job Type: Part-time
Pay: €14.15-€15.00 per hour
Expected hours: 20 – 28 per week
Work Location: In person
