Job Overview
We are seeking an enthusiastic and experienced Bartender within (2 - 3 years experienc in club oriented bar) . The ideal candidate will excel in providing exceptional customer service in a fast-paced environment, with a strong knowledge of food and beverage operations. This role offers the opportunity to work in a vibrant setting, serving guests in settings ranging from fine dining to lively nightclubs and banquet events. The successful candidate will be responsible for mixing drinks, managing POS systems, and ensuring a memorable experience for all patrons.

Duties

• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages accurately and efficiently using POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS.
• Engage with customers in a friendly manner, taking orders, offering recommendations, and ensuring satisfaction throughout their visit.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, adhering to food safety and food handling standards.
• Manage cash handling and cashiering responsibilities, including processing payments accurately.
• Restock bar supplies as needed, monitor inventory levels, and communicate supply needs to management.
• Ensure compliance with all licensing, health, and safety regulations related to alcohol service.
• Assist with catering events, banquets, or nightclub functions as required, providing excellent service in various hospitality settings.
• Demonstrate strong time management skills to handle multiple orders during busy periods while maintaining quality service.
• Uphold high standards of customer service by creating a welcoming atmosphere for diverse clientele.

Requirements

• Previous experience in food service or hospitality roles, particularly in fine dining, nightclubs, or banquet settings preferred.
• Proficiency with POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS is highly desirable.
• Strong knowledge of food safety standards and proper food handling procedures.
• Excellent customer service skills with the ability to engage guests professionally and courteously.
• Basic math skills for cash handling, retail math, and accurate order processing.
• Ability to manage time effectively during high-volume periods while maintaining attention to detail.
• Experience with serving alcohol responsibly in compliance with local laws; certification may be required.
• Flexibility to work nights, weekends, or special events as needed in a fast-paced environment.

Pay: $20,000.00 - $25,000.00 per month
