We are hiring an experienced Bartender to join our team at NADI – a one-of-its-kind restaurant in the world serving Nitro Toddy.
This role is ideal for someone passionate about beverages and open to working with innovative, non-alcoholic & toddy-based cocktail concepts.
Job Responsibilities:
- Prepare and serve toddy-based cocktails, mocktails, fresh juices, and signature drinks
- Operate and maintain Nitro tap systems (training provided if required)
- Maintain hygiene, cleanliness, and presentation standards at the bar counter
- Engage with guests and explain our unique drink concepts confidently
- Manage bar stock, ingredients, and daily prep efficiently
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Bartender / Juice / Mocktail Maker
- Knowledge of cocktails, mocktails, and beverage presentation
- Willingness to work with toddy-based drinks (no hard liquor involved)
- Good communication skills
- Passion for learning and experimenting with new drink styles
