Key Responsibilities

Greet every guest immediately in a friendly and approachable manner
Offer food and beverages from the bar
Protect our Guests and community by observing the rules of responsible service of alcohol
Ensure the bar remains stocked and looking fantastic
Be efficient in handling cash
Offer optimum guest service – create “Moments that Matter”
Take pride in preparing and serving drinks according to Topgolf recipes and standards
Suggest premium menu items to enhance the Guest’s experience and maximise sales

Key Qualifications

Previous bartending experience
Responsible Service of Alcohol Certificate
Energy and enthusiasm
Excellent communication, time management and organisation skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Ability to work in extreme weather conditions for extended periods of time
Availability to work a variety of shifts, including evenings, weekends and holidays
Physically fit to lift, bend and stand for long periods of time, manoeuvring up and down stairs
