We are seeking a friendly, professional, and multi-skilled Massage Therapist & Spa Receptionist to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide high-quality massage services while also ensuring smooth front-desk operations and an excellent guest experience.
Responsibilities:
Massage Therapy:
- Perform a variety of massage treatments including Swedish, deep tissue, aromatherapy, and other relaxation techniques.
- Assess guests’ needs and recommend suitable treatments or products.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and peaceful treatment area.
- Follow all health, safety, and hygiene standards.
Reception & Customer Service:
- Welcome guests warmly and manage check-in/check-out procedures.
- Schedule and confirm appointments using the booking system.
- Handle phone calls, messages, and inquiries in a professional manner.
- Promote spa services, memberships, and retail products.
- Maintain accurate records and handle payments.
Requirements:
- Certification or diploma in Massage Therapy.
- Previous experience in a spa, salon, or hospitality environment preferred.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Professional appearance and positive attitude.
- Ability to multitask and work both independently and as part of a team.
- Flexible schedule, including weekends or evenings as needed.
