What You’ll Do

• Provide 1:1 ABA therapy in a fun, supportive environment under the supervision of a BCBA.
• Work hands-on with children ages 2–10 to build communication, social, and daily living skills.
• Use play, creativity, and positive reinforcement to encourage growth.
• Collect data and collaborate with your clinical team to track and celebrate every milestone.

What We’re Looking For

We prioritize commitment and heart. Whether you are an experienced RBT or a seasoned educator looking for a new path, we want to hear from you.

• Certification: Active RBT certification (BACB) is preferred.
• Experience: If not an RBT, you must have experience working with children (ages 2–10) as a teacher, daycare provider, or similar role.
• Education: High School Diploma/GED is required. College credits preferred.
• Reliability: We serve children who thrive on consistency. We are looking for team members who are truly committed to their schedule and their students.
• Physicality: Ability to stand, bend, kneel, and safely lift or support up to 50 lbs.
• Background: Must be able to pass a background check.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time Pay: $17.00 - $23.00 per hour (commensurate with experience/certification)
