Job Description: Bench Sales Recruiter
Location: Rao Nagar, ECIL, Hyderabad
Shift: Complete Night Shift
Timings: 7:00 PM to 4:00 AM (IST)
Working Days: Monday to Friday (5 days)
Experience Required: 0 – 2 years
Employment Type: Full-time
Key Responsibilities
- Market and place company’s bench consultants (H1B, OPT, CPT, GC, USC, etc.) to clients and vendors.
- Identify suitable requirements from job portals and vendor websites.
- Submit consultants’ profiles to matching job openings.
- Maintain strong relationships with vendors and clients.
- Regularly update consultants on submission, interview, and placement status.
- Negotiate rates with vendors and clients.
- Ensure quick submissions and timely follow-ups to maximize placements.
- Maintain submission reports and activity logs.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher
Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
