Experience: BBA/MBA Fresh Graduates (All specializations welcome)
Compensation: ₹15,000 per month + performance based incentives

What You’ll Do:
Market IT consultants (bench resources) to US vendors and clients
Actively connect with new vendors via calls, emails, and LinkedIn
Match consultant profiles with live job requirements
Submit resumes, follow up, and push submissions to closure
Coordinate interviews and placement updates
Negotiate rates and contract terms
Maintain clean, up-to-date tracking of submissions and deals
Collaborate with recruiters and sales teams to drive results
Who You Are:
BBA/MBA fresher with a sales-first mindset
Strong communicator who isn’t afraid to pick up the phone
Comfortable working in US shifts
Fast learner who thrives in a startup environment
Organized, driven, and goal-oriented
Familiarity with Excel and sourcing
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher
Pay: ₹14,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
