You will manage effective, high quality tender responses and contract handling with customers and commercial partners while ensuring accuracy as well as quality and legal compliance.

How you'll make an impact:
  • Manage tender responses from opportunity assessment and identification through to submission, partnering with sales and other departments to maximise opportunities and minimise risk
  • Contract handling - collaborate with sales and compliance to create new contracts, and track existing contracts. Ensure pricing and associated records are accurately created and maintained.
  • Perform basic data analysis and generate routine reports
  • Remain up to date with local and regional tender requirements (legal requirements within MedTech)
  • Respond to inquiries and requests from stakeholders and resolve issues with limited scope
  • Other incidental duties

What you'll need:
  • Bachelor's Degree in in related field,

  • 2 years' of tendering experience in the French public market, with good working knowledge of French procurement law.

  • Previous health care or MedTech industry experience would be highly regarded but is not mandatory.

  • Fluency in professional English is required, as the role involves regular communication in an international environment. Additionally, candidates must demonstrate impeccable command of French, both spoken and written , to ensure clear and professional interactions with internal and external stakeholders

What else we look for:
  • Strong computer skills in MS Office Suite. Experience with SalesForce and/or JDE is desirable but not mandatory.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and French
  • Strong interpersonal and relationship building skills
  • Proven structured, organised approach to work tasks, high attention to detail and commitment to quality and accuracy
  • Ability to work autonomously and effectively in a fast paced, cross-functional team environment
  • Good problem-solving, organizational, analytical and critical thinking skills
  • Adhere to all company rules and requirements (e.g., pandemic protocols, Environmental Health & Safety rules) and take adequate control measures in preventing injuries to themselves and others as well as to the protection of environment and prevention of pollution under their span of influence/control
