French/English Bilingual Business Information Specialist
Excellent entry level opportunity for a bright, energetic individual with a superior telephone manner and strong written English skills. We are a well-established business information services firm, providing consumer and commercial credit reports and employment screening reports.
This is a full time, permanent position. NO summer placements available. Please apply only if seeking full time, permanent work. Starting wage of $24/hr and potential for reward & bonus earnings after 3 months. We are TTC accessible with a complimentary shuttle bus to & from the local subway station. Parking is free.
The position involves research and the collection of business information from a variety of sources (both via telephone interviews and database searches) to create an information document on an individual or business. A full intensive training program is provided. Once a new employee is fully trained and proven productive, work from home opportunities are available on a hybrid basis.
Requirements include:
- High School Diploma
- Clear telephone voice
- Excellent verbal & written communication skills (English)
- Excellent verbal skills & intermediate written skills (French)
- Good Multitasking ability
- Assertive personality
- Accurate keyboarding skills
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: $24.00 per hour
