Responsibilities

• Engage with customers to understand their needs and provide tailored product recommendations.
• Utilize your bilingual skills to communicate effectively with customers in both English and another language.
• Demonstrate product features through engaging product demos, enhancing customer understanding and interest.
• Maintain an organized and visually appealing sales floor by stocking merchandise and ensuring displays are well-presented.
• Process transactions accurately using the Point of Sale (POS) system, ensuring a smooth checkout experience for customers.
• Assist in inventory management by monitoring stock levels and reporting any discrepancies or needs for replenishment.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and contribute to a positive team environment.
• Supervise junior staff as needed, providing guidance and support in retail operations.

Skills

• Strong sales skills with the ability to persuade customers effectively.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, in English and another language.
• Proficient in retail math to assist with inventory management and sales analysis.
• Familiarity with Point of Sale (POS) systems for efficient transaction processing.
• Ability to work collaboratively within a team while also taking initiative when needed.
• Experience in supervising or mentoring staff is a plus.
• A passion for retail sales and delivering outstanding customer service.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $900.00 - $1,200.00 per week
