Bilingual Sales Representative Responsibilities:

• Deliver personalized presentations to clients and customers, effectively showcasing our clients products and services while highlighting their features and benefits.
• Understand customers' needs, recommend the most suitable solutions, and ensure a personalized and satisfying experience.
• Work with customers to secure their information when processing any order for them
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions and sales activities ensuring seamless follow-ups and reference points.
• Respond promptly to customer inquiries, providing clear and detailed answers about products and services, and ensuring a positive consumer experience.
• Assist in training new team members and maintain a professional demeanor

Bilingual Sales Representative Skills:

• Experience in a customer service, sales, or client service experience is preferred
• Strong customer service and communication skills with a friendly, approachable demeanor and a genuine desire to help customers find solutions
• An eagerness to learn and develop new skills, with a strong motivation advance within the company
• Fluency in English and Spanish is a required to talk with diverse customers
• Organization and time management skills

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $3,800.00 - $4,650.00 per month
