here’s what will be in store for you at CRED once you join the team

what will you do?

    • collaborate with billers to either enable them to accept bill payments digital using Bharat Connect (BBPS)
    • work with billers to deepen ongoing engagements and enhance customer experience
    • leverage insights from billers and industry, to help CRED shape its strategic choices towards its bill payments product
    • manage relationships with business heads and senior stakeholders at these billers such as CC issuers, as well as working level teams
    • be an effective communicator who can form networks and make inroads into partner organisations
    • stay abreast with key industry trends to identify early signals that could become opportunity or threat for our business
    • be updated about the latest regulations that impacts CRED’s business
    • be a bridge between partners and different teams within CRED including business, product, ops, infosec, legal etc
    • represent CRED at industry events, and networking opportunities to enhance brand visibility and foster new partnership opportunities

you should apply if you:

    • have 12+ years of experience in digital payments and bill payments, with a successful track record of building strategic partnerships
    • are a self starter, who can work through ambiguity and take on challenges
    • possess deep knowledge about bill payments including product, pricing, regulation and operations
    • have the right pulse on key trends in the bill payments industry
    • have strong network across different types of billers, especially financial institutions
    • possess excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
    • have a strategic and creative mindset, with the ability to identify new opportunities for growth
    • have strong analytical skills and the ability to identify and interpret key business drivers
