We are seeking a detail-oriented Billing Officer to manage accurate billing operations, invoicing, and related accounting activities. .
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and issue accurate sales invoices as per GST regulations
- Handle GST billing, including tax calculation and compliance
- Maintain billing records
- Verify sales orders, delivery challans, and supporting documents before billing
- Coordinate with sales and operations teams for billing accuracy
- Track receivables and assist in follow-up for outstanding payments
- Perform basic accounting entries related to billing
- Assist in GST return preparation by providing billing data
- Maintain proper documentation and filing of invoices
- Resolve billing discrepancies and customer queries related to invoices
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Gandhi Nagar Bazar, Delhi: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
