What You'll Do

Master the Process:

• Set up, calibrate, and operate blending equipment with precision and efficiency
• Monitor the compounding process in real-time, ensuring every batch meets our rigorous quality standards
• Conduct thorough inspections of finished products, maintaining our reputation for excellence

Drive Excellence:

• Diagnose and resolve equipment malfunctions quickly to minimize downtime
• Maintain meticulous production records and documentation
• Uphold the highest safety standards while keeping your workspace organized and compliant

Take Ownership:

• Work independently with minimal supervision, using your expertise to make sound decisions
• Troubleshoot process variations and implement corrective actions
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives

What You Bring

• Minimum 2 years of hands-on blending experience in a compounding or similar manufacturing environment
• Strong working knowledge of the compounding process and blending operations
• Proven ability to identify and resolve technical issues efficiently
• Sharp attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Self-motivated with excellent time management skills
• Safety-conscious mindset and dedication to maintaining a clean, organized workspace

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $17.00 - $20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
