The Block Maintenance Manager is responsible for overseeing and coordinating the upkeep, maintenance and safety of the comer facilities and estates. The successful candidate will be working closely with the Estate Managers, Residential Manager, Maintenance team leads and technicians to ensure best practice in our standards and the smooth efficient management of all project work.

What You'll Be Doing:

• Reviewing the functioning systems on sites, ensuring all systems are to standards required.
• Inspecting the standards of workmanship and supporting
• Planning projects works for preventative maintenance teams.
• Conducting regular inspections of buildings to identify potential needs.
• Ensuring Safety compliance is adhered.
• Maintenance - conduct regular inspections and checks on building systems to ensure they are functioning properly.
• Emergency Maintenance - respond to maintenance requests and emergencies addressing urgent issues promptly.
• Finding solutions to maintenance issues and scheduling the experts when required

What You Bring to the Team:

• 
  Experience: Minimum of 2 years in a maintenance role in residential and commercial units.
• Skills: Basic know-how of electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems, plus tool proficiency.
• Mindset: Problem-solver with strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Communication: Clear communicator who works well solo or with a team.
