Keenan Property Management is seeking an experienced Property Manager to join our team. This role involves the day-to-day management of a portfolio of mixed-use and residential developments.
Salary: Competitive, DOE
Location: Santry, Dublin 17
Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00am – 5:00pm
Parking: On-site parking available
Key Responsibilities
Day-to-day management of residential and mixed-use blocks
Coordinating maintenance and repairs with contractors and on-site teams
Acting as the main point of contact for residents, owners, directors, and contractors
Preparing and managing annual service charge budgets
Ensuring compliance with health & safety and fire safety requirements
Attending AGMs and Directors’ meetings and preparing reports
Requirements
PSRA licence D required
Minimum 3 years’ experience in property or block management
Strong organisational and communication skills
Ability to work independently and manage a portfolio effectively
Good judgement and a professional approach to issue resolution
Proficient in Microsoft Office and Outlook
Full driving licence required
