What this opportunity involves:

At JLL, we are collectively shaping a brighter way — for our clients, ourselves and our fellow employees. As a Property Manager within our Work Dynamics business line, you'll play a vital role in supporting some of the world's leading organisations with onsite solutions. Working as part of a geographically dispersed team, you'll oversee property portfolio management and champion best practice across a mix of owned properties and leased premises for our Commonwealth clients. This role demands strong oversight across diverse aspects of property management, from inspections and compliance to asset management and financial responsibilities. You'll be instrumental in managing key client relationships while ensuring operational excellence across every site in your portfolio. We embrace more innovative ways of working and prioritize opportunities to strengthen and advance your career as you deliver comprehensive real estate management services.

An overview of the role:

  • Manage a defined portfolio of sites, ensuring seamless property operations and client satisfaction

  • Coordinate property on-boarding and off-boarding processes, maintaining accuracy and compliance throughout transitions

  • Conduct regular property inspections and prepare detailed reports on site conditions and required actions

  • Oversee finance and budget management for your portfolio, ensuring cost-effectiveness and fiscal responsibility

  • Ensure building and statutory compliance across all properties, staying current with relevant regulations and requirements

  • Lead asset management activities, identifying opportunities for improvement and risk mitigation

  • Manage critical dates, rent roll administration, and lease documentation with meticulous attention to detail

  • Develop and maintain client Property Management Plans in collaboration with senior team members

  • Handle escalations and complaints with professionalism, working toward swift and satisfactory resolutions

Sounds like you? This is what we are looking for:

  • Minimum 3 years' experience in a property-related role with demonstrated success in property management and associated services

  • Current Real Estate Licence or Certificate of Registration

  • Ability to obtain and maintain AGSVA Clearance and any additional associated Entity clearances

  • Australian Citizenship (mandatory for security clearance requirements)

  • Strong financial acumen with experience managing budgets and property-related finances

  • Excellent communication and relationship management skills with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels

  • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and meet competing deadlines in a fast-paced environment

  • Tertiary qualification in Property, Real Estate, or equivalent discipline (preferred)

  • Experience working within government or Commonwealth client environments (preferred)

Benefits:

  • Great employee discounts off fitness, wellbeing & other renowned brands

  • 18 weeks paid maternity leave

  • Private Health Insurance Discounts

  • Active Social Club

  • Employee assistant program

  • Novated Lease for EV cars

  • Paid time off for volunteer work

  • Career Opportunities with Australia's #1 Commercial Real Estate firm

  • Premium offices
