Overview
We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Bobcat Operator to join our snow and ice manigment team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience operating various types of heavy equipment, including Bobcats, and will be responsible for ensuring the efficient and safe operation of machinery on job sites. This role requires a strong understanding of construction processes and the ability to work collaboratively with team members to achieve project goals.

Duties

• Operate Bobcat equipment for various tasks in clearing snow
• Maintain equipment by performing regular inspections and minor repairs to ensure optimal functionality.
• Collaborate with site supervisors and other operators to coordinate work activities effectively.
• Follow all safety guidelines and regulations to maintain a safe working environment.

Experience

• Proven experience in heavy equipment operation, particularly with Bobcats and related machinery.
• Mechanical knowledge is essential for troubleshooting and maintaining equipment performance.
• Familiarity with commercial driving standards is preferred.
• Experience in construction environments with a focus on teamwork and communication skills.
• Knowledge of bobcat and toolcat machinery operation is a plus.

Job Type: Seasonal
Contract length: 5 months

Pay: $17.75-$25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 1 – 40 per week
