Responsibilities:

Concrete

• Assist with the setup and preparation of concrete forms
• Pour and spread concrete using various tools and equipment
• Smooth and finish surfaces to ensure a quality final product
• Assist with the installation of reinforcing materials, such as rebar
• Clean and maintain tools and equipment used in concrete work

General laborer/Machine operator

• Mechanical knowledge and experience working with machinery and tools as needed

Overall Responsibilities

• Follow safety guidelines and protocols to ensure a safe work environment
• Collaborate with team members to complete projects efficiently
• Respect and maintenance of all equipment and job sites

Experience:

• Previous experience working with concrete is required.
• Ability to read and interpret construction plans and blueprints is beneficial
• AR license would be beneficial
• Basic machine operating skills preferred (bobcat, excavator)
• Strong physical stamina and ability to perform manual labor for extended periods
• Attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately

Pay: $27.00-$34.00 per hour
