BDI Marine Contractors, LLC is seeking an experienced Concrete Finisher with both marine construction and flatwork experience to join our team. This position will support concrete work on marine, civil, and sitework projects, including seawalls, caps, sidewalks, driveways, curbs, slabs, and other concrete structures.

The ideal candidate is reliable, safety-minded, and experienced in all phases of concrete placement and finishing.

Responsibilities include:

• Set forms and prepare areas for concrete placement
• Pour, spread, level, and finish concrete surfaces
• Perform flatwork including sidewalks, slabs, driveways, curbs, and pads
• Assist with marine concrete work including seawall caps, tie beams, and related structures
• Use hand and power tools such as trowels, floats, screeds, edgers, and saws
• Read basic plans, grades, and layout markings
• Patch, repair, and finish concrete as needed
• Maintain a clean and safe work area
• Work as part of a crew and follow direction from foremen and supervisors

Requirements:

• Previous concrete finishing experience required
• Experience with both marine construction and flatwork strongly preferred
• Ability to form, pour, and finish concrete independently
• Willingness to travel for out-of-town projects as needed
• Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions
• Must be dependable and able to show up on time
• Ability to lift, carry, bend, kneel, and perform physical labor throughout the day
• Must follow company safety policies and wear required PPE
• Reliable transportation required

Schedule/Travel:

This is a full-time position. Schedule may vary based on project needs. Candidates must be willing to travel for out-of-town projects as needed. Overtime may be available.

Pay:

Pay is based on experience.

Pay: From $25.00 per hour
