Summary

We are seeking a skilled, mature, and experienced Night Kitchen Line Supervisors / Cooks to help lead our busy kitchen team. The successful candidate will be a strong leader with a very strong communication skills and a clear understanding of how the night line works. An understanding of Labour processes, Passion for food, an eye for detail, and the ability to keep service running smoothly during peak hours are skills you must have.

• A solid understanding of kitchen operations and line service in a high-volume restaurant.
