Introduction:
Do you want to make an impact on some of the world's most complex, exciting, and award-winning decommissioning, demolition & remediation projects?

Liberty Industrial is currently seeking an experienced Boilermaker to join our National Maintenance Division on a 3/1 FIFO (Fly In, Fly Out) Roster. This is a permanent FIFO opportunity.

The Role

You will be engaged on 3 weeks on, 1 week off roster with major projects Australia-wide, and responsible for repairing and maintaining our fleet of large earthmoving and specialised demolition equipment. We pride ourselves on our extensive fleet of low-hour and highly specialised plant and equipment, including 200T, 120T, and 48T high-reach excavators.

Skills & Experience

• Qualified Tradesperson with Certificate III in Fabrication or Welding.
• Current Driver’s License.
• Strong knowledge and recent experience with heavy mobile plant equipment, including earthmoving machinery.
• Preferably 3+ years post trade experience.
• Fabrication and welding to a high standard. MIG, Stick, cutting, and gouging experience essential.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Demonstrated ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines both independently and in a team environment.
• An excellent work ethic, a team player and a knowledge sharer.
• Promotes a safety culture and has a strong safety mindset.
• Highly desirable but not essential - WP ticket, Telehandler/forklift ticket.

The successful candidate must undergo full pre-employment medical, including drug and alcohol screening and Federal Police Check prior to employment.
