Introduction:

Key Responsibilities of the role are:
Maintenance of moulds
Fabrication, welding and assembly
MIG and ARC welding
Operation of overhead cranes and other lifting equipment
Operation of lathes and other machining tools
Perform a wide variety of fabrication, welding and assembly.
Perform routine maintenance tasks.
Contribute to continually improving in how we work.

Skills, qualifications, and experience

To be successful in this role you will have:
Experience as a Boilermaker
Experience with MIG and ARC welding
Forklift licence if you have one- not essential.
A basic understanding of hydraulics and pneumatics
Good fault-finding skills.
Ability to read/follow job instruction, specifications, standard operating procedures including engineering drawings.
Ability to work as part of a team and autonomously.
A demonstrated commitment to safety
Have good attendance, working all rostered shifts each week.

In addition to the above:
Must hold valid working rights in Australia.
Ability to pass a pre-employment medical examination, including Drug and Alcohol screening.
