The Role
We are seeking an experienced Administrator to join our busy team based at CARTERS Whangarei branch. We are offering a minimum 32 hours - ideally starting at 7:30am and finishing between 2pm-4pm. As an Administrator, you'll thrive on accuracy and efficiency of information and processes. Responsibilities will encompass a wide range of administrative operations including:
- Invoice reconciliations, overseeing sundry purchase orders, stationery & office management
- Assisting the team with effective clerical and administration services
- Processing and maintaining secure documentation records and filing
- Providing excellent customer service and maintaining positive working relationships with customers
The ideal candidate will thrive in delivering unparalleled customer service and additionally, you will showcase the following characteristics:
- Skilled administrator known for their exceptional efficiency and precision.
- Proficient in utilizing computer systems with a solid grasp of technology.
- Innate interpersonal skills, adept at fostering trust and building rapport with our valued trade customers.
- Collaborative individual committed to working within a team environment.
- Prior exposure in customer service, administration or sales-related roles.
