Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Branch Manager to lead our team and oversee the operations of our branch. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, a commitment to delivering exceptional customer service, and the ability to drive business growth. As the Branch Manager, you will be responsible for managing daily operations, developing staff, and ensuring that the branch meets its performance goals.

Responsibilities

• Lead and motivate branch staff to achieve performance targets and deliver outstanding customer service.
• Oversee daily operations, including sales, customer service, and administrative functions.
• Develop and implement strategies to increase branch profitability and market share.
• Monitor financial performance and manage budgets effectively.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
• Foster a positive work environment that encourages teamwork and professional development.
• Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide coaching to team members.
• Build strong relationships with customers and address any concerns or issues promptly.
• Collaborate with upper management to align branch objectives with overall company goals.

Requirements

• Proven experience in a managerial role.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and develop a close small team.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships with customers and staff.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret financial data and make informed decisions.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
• A commitment to providing exceptional customer service is essential.
• Must be able to lift 60lbs
• Bilingual (French/English) a plus
