岗位职责：
1. 全面负责美容院的日常运营和管理，提升店面业绩。
2. 制定并实施销售计划，带领团队达成业绩目标。
3. 培训及激励员工，打造优秀的服务团队。
4. 维护客户关系，提升客户满意度与忠诚度。
任职要求：
1。有 2年以上美容行业管理经验，熟悉美容产品和服务流程。
2。优秀的销售能力及团队管理经验，具备强烈的责任感与执行力。
3。善于沟通和协调，能够处理突发问题。
